General Questions


How do I redeem a service purchased through the website?

When you purchase a treatment or package through our online store, it will automatically be added to your Truffles Aesthetics client profile in our scheduling system. You’ll be able to redeem your service at your next appointment — simply let our front desk team know that you’ve pre-purchased it online.


Do I need to bring proof of purchase to my appointment?

No physical receipt is required. Once your purchase is complete, our team will receive notification and apply the service to your account within 1–2 business days. You may show your email confirmation if you’d like, but it’s not necessary.


Can I schedule my service right after purchasing online?

Yes! You can call your preferred Truffles Aesthetics location or book your appointment online as usual. Our front desk team will link your upcoming appointment to the service already stored in your profile.


Can someone else use my purchased service?

All services purchased online are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the original purchaser or the client listed on the profile at the time of purchase.


Do my purchased services expire?

Yes. Services purchased through the website expire one (1) year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated in writing. We encourage scheduling your treatment in advance to ensure timely redemption.



Gift Card FAQs


How will I receive my gift card?

All gift cards are automatically added to the recipient’s Truffles Aesthetics account at the time of purchase. This ensures the balance is securely stored and ready to use for future appointments.


Will I receive a physical gift card in the mail?

Physical gift cards are not automatically mailed. However, if you would like a physical gift card, we are happy to provide one upon request.


Can I receive an e-gift card instead?

Yes! If you prefer an e-certificate sent via email, we can provide that upon request as well.


What do I need to do to request a physical card or e-certificate?

Simply reply to your confirmation email or contact our team, and let us know whether you’d like:

  • A physical card.
  • An e-certificate

How do I specify who the gift card is for?

Our fulfillment team will reach out after purchase to confirm the recipient’s name, ensuring the gift card is correctly applied to the intended account.


How do I/the recipient redeem the gift card?

Once applied to an account, the gift card can be redeemed toward eligible services or products at the time of checkout or appointment.
